Residential foreclosure postings remained high with almost 5,700 postings filed on homes located within 19 Texas counties covered by Foreclosure Listing Service, Inc. In the ten-county North Texas region, most counties had fewer homes posted for foreclosure for the upcoming February foreclosure auctions than were recorded one year earlier.
